Previously
I was extensively involved for over 10 years consulting on the highly regarded change efforts of Jack Welch in the many GE businesses and also applying successful change practices to dozens of companies in the US and internationally. In addition to this ‘big, product-based company’ experience, I worked with small and mid-size growth and emerging companies in bio-tech and engineering.
Finally, I understand the unique environment of professional services companies as I also founded, grew and successfully sold an internationally recognized consulting firm.
Today
I work exclusively with a small number of executives who are forward thinking, values driven, and always looking to learn.
